We do not process refunds. We can only issue store credits and exchanges for the amount of the purchased item (s) excluding any tax or shipping costs. Store credits and exchanges will only be issued if the item (s) is/are returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with the original packaging.
Please note that any items bought at a discount are final sale and ineligible for exchange or store credit.
You have 14 days from the order ship date to get an online store credit.
Seasonal items, sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALES. We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase. If you are shipping item(s) back to us, please make sure it is within the guidelines of this RETURN POLICY.

Please note that all the shipping fees are the responsibility of the customers and are nonrefundable. Also, in any circumstances shall Campelle be responsible for a lost shipment.
To complete your return, please follow the required steps:
1. Please email email@example.com with your order number, proof of purchase and reason for exchange or return accompanied by a photo of the item (s) and you will receive an email within 24-48 hours with a return label.
2. Please pack the item (s) you desire to return in the original packaging.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for the processing of your store credits or exchange after the return is delivered to our facility.
Any returns received more than 14 days from the order ship date are ineligible for return or store credit and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
